The 4-track masterpiece will be available from that date, but why not jump the queue and pre-order this limited-release gem by placing your order direct on this website from 02/05/06…it’s the only way of ensuring you play your part in the war against music of mass-boredom. FRAMINGO are tickled pink to announce the signing of Glaswegian stalwarts LI’L ZÉ!! This is a major coup for us given the groundswell of interest in the enigmatic three-piece who are attracting interest from far and wide. Indeed, none other than ALAN MCGEE (a gent who knows a thing or five about talent spotting in rock`n`roll circles!) has invited the band down to play at his much lauded “DEATH DISCO “ this Wednesday 29th May!! Celebrations all round at FRAMINGO- land as we confirm Hamburg’s finest, “PROJEKT KOTELETT, have signed a licensing deal!! This means it wont be long until the 4-track (Limited Edition!) EP “CHEERLEADER” hits the airwaves and the nation will once again pogo like there’s no tomorrow!!!
With the excitement of the forthcoming WORLD CUP (.thats Weltmeisterschaft in Kotelett land!!) building, FRAMINGO believe now is the time to catch the new wave of up and coming German punk bands sweeping northern Europe…. listen to some succulent samples on our BANDS INDEX PAGE and stay tuned for more details of “ CHEERLEADER” which is scheduled for release in early MAY `06. …This ones going to be THE anthem of this summers World Cup… we can hear it now!!

Negotiations are now at an advanced stage with the fab-five from Hamburg, “PROJEKT KOTELETT” and we are hopeful that FRAMINGO will be welcoming the guys into the fold before not too long…Watch this space!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Things are moving fast at FRAMINGO and we are looking to release a couple of singles by early spring ….We are listening to some acts who must remain nameless at the moment with negotiations pending, but we are keen to cast our net as wide as possible…. so don’t delay, get some sounds off to us a.s.a.p. for consideration for spring release. “We wuz robbed!”…Anyone who bore witness to the emphatic hiding handed out to the “Jam Tarts” at Tynecastle yesterday at the hands of Maryhill`s finest, must be sharing in the grief and genuine feeling of injustice felt by all at FRAMINGO…The best team lost, to quote that oft misused football cliché, but this time ITS TRUE!!!!! Never fret, them from “Doon the Watter “ will surely suffer for it in the play-offs…….we hope !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FRAMINGO are keen supporters of the underdog, so its no surprise that it was `soreheids` alround this morning after the mighty PARTICK THISTLE  put  our sheep-herding friends from INVERNESS to the sword in the Scottish cup….Bring on THE JAM TARTS ! FRAMINGO  sends out hearty congrats. To Dick Campbell & the boys and girls up Maryhill way…..thanks for the THRILLS guys !!!

FRAMINGO are pleased to announce discussions are under way with top German punk outfit PROJECT KOTELETT . The band have recently released their album “ GREICHENLAND” and we at FRAMINGO can`t recommend it highly enough ! We are hoping to licence some tracks for release in the U.K and give the band the international recognition they deserve.
